It’s hard to imagine that something as nice as a concert could be bad for the environment. But the fact is that concerts use a lot of electricity. Most electricity is generated by burning fossil fuels, which creates carbon dioxide pollution, the leading contributor to global warming. Moving your people and equipment from show to show adds even more. You can’t power your shows or move your equipment with wind power. But you can have the same effect.
