The Laurelbrook Farm Compost Project construction was completed in July, thanks to the promise of upfront revenues from NativeEnergy’s Help BuildTM carbon offset sales. According to the Jacquier family, operations are running smoothly. The new manure separators are already reducing the methane emissions that typically result from manure storage and compost is being made.

Laurelbrook now has a Charter Supporter: Reverb in Portland, Maine, and a Project Supporter: the Heritage Store in Virginia Beach, Virginia. We would like to thank these companies for their continuing actions to promote environmental sustainability and for helping to build the Laurelbrook Farm Compost Project.
