Per NativeEnergy's client agreements, if a project we’ve been supporting isn’t built on time, we will re-distribute our clients’ support to help build and support other new renewable energy projects that meet our stringent additionality criteria. While the Owl Feather War Bonnet Wind Farm has been delayed, it does remain on its path to success. For those of our clients who purchased between July 1, 2005 and March 27, 2007, based on an expected operations date of December 31, 2007, we’ve put your funds to other great work: we’ve enabled the construction of the Wray School District Wind Turbine, new methane digesters on the Brubaker, Schrack, Wanner, Penn England, Dovan and Hillcrest Saylor family farms in Pennsylvania, we’ve cleared the way for the economically successful operation of the Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes’ Boulder Hydro Project, and we’ve provided needed support to the Des Plaines Landfill Gas Project.

Specifically, for each ton of CO₂ our clients purchased between July 1, 2005 and March 27, 2007, that was to be sourced from the Owl Feather War Bonnet Project, we have substituted, in accordance with our terms and conditions, the rights to the following blend of carbon offsets:
