Retire

CA-CP’s commitment is that they will not use, sell or otherwise transfer your RECs and offsets for any reason, except to the extent necessary or advisable under applicable law to effect their retirement, such as transfer to a government agency that tracks and verifies REC or offset transactions and retires them for market participants.
